I recently visited the hubby in Rhode Island for the weekend. He is currently working there during the week and hasn’t gotten a chance to do much exploring. We spent time in Providence, Newport, and Narragansett. I fell in love with Newport, its quaint town, and gorgeous mansions (even their servant’s quarters were beautiful with their shiny copper pots, etc.). It was cold and rainy, but everything was still beautiful, I can only imagine what it’s like at its peak time during the summer.
The mansions we visited were The Breakers, The Elms, Rosecliff, and Marble House. While touring Rosecliff, I found out they currently hold weddings there — I would love to photograph a wedding there one day!
