I had the great pleasure of capturing Rachel and Emre’s Intimate Philadelphia Wedding. Their wedding day was beautiful and filled with joy. The entire wedding consisted of less than 20 people, but there was still an abundance of love and tons of gorgeous detail throughout. Rachel and Emre got ready for their big day at the same venue their ceremony took place, Vaux Studio. This unique, microwedding venue is located in the heart of Philadelphia and is the perfect location for an intimate wedding ceremony.
Intimate Philadelphia Wedding at Vaux Studio
The groom, Emre, is from Europe where his family still lives. However, Emre’s brother did travel here for their wedding. Rachel was the most beautiful bride! Her wedding dress featured intricate beaded detail on the front of her dress and the sheer sleeves; it was stunning! Her wedding bouquet featured a mixture of summer flowers in hues of white, dusty pink, and a slight pop of bright pink, fuschia, and coral. Those same lovely flowers decorated the wooden wedding arch where the couple exchanged their vows, the outside railing leading into the building, and were a beautiful centerpiece at the long dinner table where the newlyweds and their guests gathered around to celebrate afterwards.
After their wedding ceremony at Vaux Studio, the couple arranged for their guests to enjoy a private trolley ride around downtown Philadelphia while they had their wedding portraits taken around the wonderful city. Once the trolley ride was over and many gorgeous photos captured, everyone headed to Charley Dove to celebrate. The bride’s mom and dad both gave touching speeches, praising both the bride and groom. Everyone raised their glass to toast Rachel and Emre and their future together. The rest of the evening was spent laughing and enjoying the company of each other over glasses of champagne and delicious food. It was a lovely ending to a perfect wedding day!
