Before we jump on an inquiry call, I encourage all couples to thoroughly comb through my website. While you are going through my website, jot down any questions you may have for me!
When it comes to booking a wedding photographer, it’s important to find someone who not only produces great work but who you also feel comfortable with. That’s why our inquiry call is simply a casual conversation. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other, to discuss your wedding day vision, and to see if we’re a good fit for each other. It’s always great to hear how you met, how you got engaged, and any other details you’d like to share. But beyond just discussing the logistics of your wedding day, our inquiry call is a chance for us to connect on a personal level. It’s important that you feel comfortable and relaxed with me as your photographer. I want to build a relationship with you and your partner so that we can create beautiful images together on your wedding day.
After The Call
Our conversation will leave you feeling confident and excited about the photography aspect of your wedding day. I always make it a priority to establish clear communication and expectations early on, in addition to the stunning wedding photos that you will cherish for years to come. After our consultation, I will send over a proposal for your review, where you can choose your desired collection and any a la carte items you may wish to add on.
Once your proposal is submitted, an electronic contract and invoice will be generated. You’ll be officially booked once the contract is signed and your retainer payment paid!
