Classic + Elegant Philadelphia Wedding

I am always excited when I have an opportunity to visit a Cescaphe wedding venue and capture a couple’s wedding day! Cescaphe has a reputation of high-end, luxury venues, each with its own unique details and overall vibe. Water Works by Cescaphe is one of my favorites! The old world architecture and European flair provide a romantic atmosphere that incorporates both modern elegance and historic charm. Allison and Mark’s classic + elegant Philadelphia Wedding at Water Works by Cescaphe was nothing short of amazing.

Mark and Allison both got ready for their wedding day in separate suites at The Logan, Philadelphia’s well-known luxury hotel. Allison looked absolutely stunning in her long, flowing satin white wedding dress. White elbow-length gloves completed her classic look. She was glowing! Mark agreed, as you can tell by his reaction that he was blown away by her beauty during their first look on the balcony of the Presidential Suite, overlooking Logan Circle! After their intimate first look, the soon-to-be newlyweds headed to Water Works together for their wedding ceremony.

Mark is from Germany, and knowing that many of his family members would be at the wedding, Allison wanted to surprise both Mark and his family by reading her vows in German. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture on her part. She spoke naturally and eloquently. Her beautiful vow reading had the wedding guests erupting in applause at the end.

Their covered outdoor wedding ceremony and reception was beautiful. Large arrangements of timeless white flowers by Beautiful Blooms decorated the event space and the tables. The stringed lights hanging from the ceiling added to the romantic atmosphere. Wedding guests enjoyed iconic views overlooking the water. The newlyweds spent the rest of the evening celebrating, surrounded by their closest family and friends! It was a perfect ending to a perfect day!
