Coastal Engagement in Sea Girt
Maura and Spencer’s coastal engagement in Sea Girt was nothing short of perfection. The beach, the golden sunset, and their undeniable chemistry created a dreamy atmosphere. Their love story began in Manasquan during the summer of 2020, and it felt only right to capture this special milestone by the water in Sea Girt sandwiched between Spring Lake and Manasquan.
They met at a house party at the end of that unforgettable summer. A late-night beach walk turned into an all-night conversation, marking the start of something special. When Spencer proposed in 2024 in Manasquan, their journey came full circle. Afterward, family and friends surprised them at Leggett’s Sandbar, a favorite hangout from their summer days.
The Engagement Session
For their engagement session, Maura wore a chic cream-colored cocktail dress, while Spencer looked classic in a blue-striped button-down and khakis. They strolled along the shoreline, laughing and reminiscing about their first summer together. The ocean breeze, soft waves, and golden-hour light made every moment feel magical.
They popped champagne on the beach, celebrating their love with the sound of the waves in the background. The sunset painted the sky in soft pinks and oranges, casting a romantic glow over the evening.
Next August, Maura and Spencer will say “I do” at Mallard Island Yacht Club. The stunning waterfront venue stole their hearts, perfectly reflecting their love for the coast. This engagement session was just the beginning of a beautiful journey toward their wedding day!
