Samantha and Dylanās April engagement in Spring Lake, NJ was beautiful, but wowā¦it was cold! But despite the cold, these two powered through, embracing the cold and snuggling up together during the session. We started the session exploring Divine Park in Spring Lake, where soft blossoms and charming streets gave the session a romantic start.

They chose two outfits for their shoot. Samantha began in a long-sleeved, floor-length white dress that flowed with the breeze. Dylan wore crisp white trousers, a black button-down, and a charcoal suit jacket. His look contrasted beautifully with hers. Later, they changed into beach-ready outfits. Samantha rocked white pants and a cream ruffled top, while Dylan switched to a blue sweater. The color pop from his sweater added a fresh, coastal feel.
We started at the park, wandered through a nearby shopping area, then headed to the beach. Despite the chill, they laughed, danced, and wrapped up together in the wind. These two clearly know how to have fun, even when the temperature drops.
Their Love Story
Their story began in the summer of 2019 at DāJais in Belmar. Dylan had a summer house in Manasquan, and Samantha lived nearby. A mutual friend introduced them, and that was it. Their first official date was at Jenkinsonās Boardwalk in Point Pleasantāmini golf, arcade games, and a long talk in the car after. They didnāt want it to end.
Dylan proposed in Rome a few years later during a trip with friends. He popped the question in the beautiful Villa Borghese gardens. It was the perfect start to an unforgettable adventure.
Theyāll be tying the knot next year at the Estate at Florentine Gardens, and if their wedding is anything like this session, itās going to be stunning. I canāt wait to celebrate with them again!
