Courtney and Haydon’s classic engagement session took place at one of my favorite Philly landmarks, the Merchants’ Exchange Building. This building is known for its architectural beauty, historic columns, cobblestone sidewalks, and marble stone. Old City Philadelphia is such a beautiful location for engagement portraits. Its history, timeless beauty, and old world charm, adds a timeless feel to images, just as it did for Courtney and Haydon’s portraits. This beautiful spot in Old City Philadelphia provided the perfect backdrop for capturing their love story.
Classic Engagement Session
Courtney and Haydon’s elegant style blended beautifully against the timeless backdrop. Courtney wore a long, flowing white dress with a high leg slit that was both romantic and elegant. Haydon was also handsomely dressed, wearing a navy suit and tan shoes.
Their sophisticated style is one they plan to bring to life at their Curtis Arboretum wedding next September. They envision a formal, elegant garden wedding, and Curtis Arboretum is the perfect wedding venue for an elegant garden wedding celebration, as it features lush gardens and greenery, gorgeous florals, and sweeping views. I know their wedding will be a stunning affair and I can’t wait to capture their big day next fall!
